How to prepare your application?

Our aim is to have a clear insight about your personality and the experience you developed until now. To allow us in determining in an efficient way where you might fit the best within CFS, we would like to advise you the followings:


Your CV

1. Your resume should contain accurate information relating to your educational achievements and experience until now.
2. Whether you are newly graduated from school, you have worked for less than 2 years or you have a significant work experience, we need to be able to have a clear picture of the skills you have developed so far. Therefore, please be precise in your resume by including details about your experience, specific projects you joined, etc. for each employer.
3. Don’t hesitate to inform about your mobility and flexibility to work abroad or travel on a regular basis.
4. Tell us also about your personality and what drives you in your life.
5. As much as possible (unless indicated otherwise on the job advertisement), please send your application and CV in English.
   

The interview

1. We are always keen to know what is your motivation to join our company.
2. We enjoy an open, informal and constructive interview for both parties. Therefore, we appreciate when the applicant has made a minimum of preparation to learn about our company via our website, about our products, our culture and why not learning also a bit about our competitors!
3. Don’t hesitate to bring testimonials of successful achievements you have conducted until now.
